Intro for the Magazine 'Aurora', Sunrise...

AURORA

            If a local Indian hears the word ‘Aurora’, we are sure that he/she would not understand the significant of the term; as well as if one sees the word as the title of our magazine, he/she would be confused without knowing the meaning. One may think it has been selected as ‘beat around the bush,’ but it is not like that because everything in this world has meaning. If a person of the science department hears this term, he/she thinks surely of the shimmering display of light from the upper atmosphere, and this concept has something to do with the title we have chosen. Let us come to the point now.

            The word Aurora, which is the title of the magazine, is an Italian word which means in English ‘Sunrise.’ The title is chosen as it teaches us the moral of life, especially from the point of view of the up-growing children. Here the word itself is referred to kids/children. Every Aurora reminds us of the immeasurable love of God. Aurora is the willing to be a beginner and a fresh start in every single morning.

            Kids/children are the Aurora that makes the changes first inside of them by the help of the education and grows bright and shines over all creation bringing life to all they touch. Then the sun rises, it rises for everyone, and in this way Aurora is referred to the talents and skills of the children. No matter how dark the night, somehow once again there will be the Aurora in the morning that erases all the negatives from the mind of the children.

            It is said that the darkest time of the day is the minute before Sunrise. So when you feel you are at the darkest moment in your life, just remember that the Aurora is just a minute away. Just think from a mother’s point of view, when she is at the time of her labor pain. It is the precious time of her life. Because she comes in contact with the two opposites, pain and joy, in a minute. For the children, opportunities are like Sunrise and if they wait too long for it, they will miss it. And now it is an opportunity for the kids to expose their talents and new skills. Kids are to be the Aurora to someone’s lonely soul. So be the Aurora to the world!
